When you join the Ledger waitlist or create an account, we collect your email address and, optionally, your business name and province. When you use Ledger, we collect transaction data you input, account information you connect, and usage analytics to improve the product.
We use your information to:
Your data is stored securely in Supabase with row-level security (RLS) policies. All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. We never store your bank credentials directly — connections are handled through secure third-party integrations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with service providers essential to running Ledger (Supabase for storage, Stripe for payments, Anthropic for AI insights). Each provider is bound by their own privacy commitments and data processing agreements.

Ledger uses minimal analytics to understand how the product is used. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. We may use Google Analytics or PostHog for product analytics, which you can opt out of.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the app before the changes take effect.
