VRITTI is built on Supabase’s SOC 2-certified infrastructure. AES-256 encryption at rest. Row-level security. Read-only bank connections via Plaid — VRITTI never sees your login credentials. Your data is never sold to third parties. Period. You can export everything as CSV at any time.

When you join the VRITTI waitlist or create an account, we collect your email address and, optionally, your business name and province. When you use VRITTI, we collect transaction data you input, account information you connect, and usage analytics to improve the product.

We use your information to:

Send you product updates and early-access invitations
Comply with legal obligations (e.g., CRA reporting requirements when applicable)

When VRITTI Pro becomes available for purchase, we will name the payment processor and any AI service providers in this section before any such data flow begins.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (a SOC 2-certified cloud platform) with row-level security (RLS) policies. All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. We never store your bank credentials directly — connections are handled through secure third-party integrations when those features ship.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with service providers essential to running VRITTI: Supabase (database storage), PostHog (product analytics), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each provider is bound by their own privacy commitments and data processing agreements.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access all data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and all associated data
Export your data in a machine-readable format (CSV/PDF)
